South Carolina Youth Challenge Academy Foundation
The mission of the South Carolina Youth Challenge Foundation is to provide financial scholarship assistance to the graduating Youth Challenge Academy Cadets that wish to pursue their higher education goals and to ensure that no YCA applicant is refused acceptance because they do not have the financial resources for the required personal items they must provide. We support Youth Challenge Academy and encourage each Cadet to complete the Youth Challenge Academy Program and be successful in pursuing their higher education and career goals.

The South Carolina Youth Challenge Academy is actively supported by the SC National Guard Youth Challenge Academy Foundation. Scholarships make it possible for Challenge graduates to continue their educations, earn degrees, and learn skills. Foundation grants for operating the program allow the Academy to take advantage of Federal matching funds that help keep the school doors open.
